After more than 40 years, the Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company's founder and caretaker has decided to take a step toward retirement—presenting an incredible opportunity for someone special to take the reins. We are seeking a full-time General Manager who wants to be a big part of our future and understands the responsibility our coffee shop holds as the center of the Los Gatos community.
The right candidate has extensive restaurant/cafe management (General Manager) experience, wants to lead from the front, has a focus on details and operating standards and, most of all, will love hosting Los Gatos’ guests and want to be a big part of its community. We are looking for the right person more than anything else. We are looking for someone who is positive and likes people.
