As a server supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take customer orders with a friendly and compassionate attitude
  • Serve a variety of beverages and food
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the register accurately
  • Communicate effectively with the servers to ensure efficient service
