Job Description
What You'll Do as a Coffee Shop Attendant:
As a Coffee Shop Attendant at Westgate Resorts you are responsible for creating and serving a variety of Coffee and Tea products while supporting the full daily operation of the marketplace. You will demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.
  • Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
  • Prepare and serve ice cream, baked goods, pizzas and coffees for guests.
  • Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
  • Follow all Company drink recipes and procedures.
  • Develops an understanding of coffee and tea regions and the differences in flavor and blends.
  • Begins to educate themselves on the various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roasts.
  • Proficiently prepares blended and cold drinks provided by the store.
  • Must be able to be trained in proper food handling techniques.
  • Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
  • Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
  • Accurately rings sales orders into cash register and counts back change to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
