About the Role:

The Coffee Shop Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the coffee shop, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of quality and service. The supervisor acts as a leader and mentor to the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. They are responsible for inventory management, cash handling, and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively. Minimum Qualifications:
