About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests feel energized and supported.
You’ll play a key role in developing the Brew Crew, driving operational success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience—especially during those busy rushes where leadership matters most.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support Shift Leaders and Baristas
  • Deliver and model outstanding guest service
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
  • Help manage labor, inventory, and daily operations
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and standards
  • Review reports and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Step in confidently during high-volume shifts and lead by example
  • Contribute ideas to improve team performance and store operations
