Job description

Porsche Austin is looking for a Coffee Barista to join our great team!


Our eight story Porsche Facility is in the North Austin Arboretum at 9800 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78759.


Work schedule is 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday -Friday.


Job Summary

Baristas are responsible for offering clients complementary coffee and pastries, keeping coffee and snack area stocked and clean. Prepping Fruit cups and snacks as needed. Coffee bar food and drinks are complementary, so Baristas do not need to handle payments.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
  • Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
  • Keep snacks stocked and prepare fruit cups
  • Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
  • Keep snack and coffee area neat and clean.
  • Observe relevant health and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills and Experience:

  • Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.


Dress:

  • Business attire, shirts are provided, no jeans.
