  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry. A strong track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve results.
  • Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee food and beverage tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
