The IVY TECH BREW, located in Goshen, IN, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic barista to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a barista at The IVY TECH BREW, you’ll be at the heart of our café, delivering exceptional service and delicious beverages. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a love for hospitality and a knack for multitasking. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or similar setting.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:30 PM.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
