Job description

Creative Dining Services at Lincoln Financial Group is looking for a reliable Barista to join our team. The Barista maintains smooth operations at our coffee shop while fostering a positive environment. In this role, you will provide fast, efficient, and friendly service to ensure a quality experience for both our customers and team members. You will be responsible for exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and encouraging safe work practices.


Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Fridays or weekends!) 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily Setup & Maintenance: Set up the coffee station, clean equipment, and keep items fully stocked.
  • Beverage & Food Preparation: Prepare and present food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Act as a cashier by running a register, mobile devices, and credit card machines accurately while following cash handling procedures.
  • Team Support: Provide friendly customer service, proactively resolve incidents, and support cafeteria operations as needed.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:


  • Key Traits: Great customer service skills, excellent reliability, and the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Experience: Barista or coffee experience is highly preferred and very important, but we are willing to train the right person if they are a perfect fit. One year of general retail experience is also a plus.
  • Education & Tech: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; basic computer knowledge.
