We're seeking a General Manager, Micro Kitchen to lead a highvisibility corporate microkitchen, coffee program inIndianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for a hospitalitydriven operator with strong coffee expertise, retail experience, and polished clientfacing skills-someone who can elevate service, optimize performance, and build a bestinclass microkitchen experience.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, product curation, inventory management, financial performance, and frontline leadership while shaping an innovative, guestfocused microkitchen program. This is a handson, creative role with the opportunity to pioneer new offerings and influence the longterm evolution of the program.

What You'll Do
  • Lead microkitchen & coffee operations - Oversee daily stocking, merchandising, sanitation, and guest experience across all microkitchen and coffee service areas.

  • Curate product & coffee offerings - Select, rotate, and evaluate snacks, beverages, and specialty coffee items aligned with client preferences and workplace culture.

  • Manage inventory and cost controls - Maintain accurate inventory, reduce waste, and meet food, coffee, and labor cost targets.

  • Develop and lead the frontline team - Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver consistent, highquality microkitchen and coffee service.

  • Strengthen client partnerships - Serve as the primary onsite partner, ensuring alignment, communication, and satisfaction with both microkitchen and coffee program performance.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance - Uphold all local, state, and federal food safety regulations while maintaining operational excellence across microkitchen and coffee service areas.
