Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Coffee Shop Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will welcome customers into the coffee shop and prepare their coffee orders. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their drinks and time at our shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Explain the menu items to customers
  • Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex
  • Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
  • Maintain a clean work environment

  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
