Your Position:
Barista is responsible for providing consistent, efficient and customer focused performance on a shiftly basis. Barista follows direction of Shift Leads and Store Manager to complete all shift tasks, side work, periodic maintenance, and cleaning duties. Barista creates all beverage products according to company recipes to ensure superior and consistent products. Barista acts in the best interest of the customer and communicates issues as they arise to the Store Manager.
