Coffee Shop Manager

Dixie's Coffee House

Manitowish Waters, WI

A perfect blend of customer service, commitment to quality and great coffee. If that perks you up, join us as Coffee Shop Manager at Dixie's Coffee House in beautiful Manitowish Waters. Direct operations and staff in delivering fresh food and beverages with stellar service to our customers.

Hours: Full-time, including weekends and some holidays.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the coffee shop to ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment.

  • Train and develop shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.

  • Address customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.

  • Ensure the coffee shop is clean and equipment is maintained and in working order.

  • Create and distribute weekly staff work schedules.

  • Oversee cafe supplies including placing product orders and replenishing stock.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. A focus in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field is preferred.

  • Experience in restaurant POS systems.

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
