  • We have an opening for a full time COFFEE BAR SUPERVISOR position.
  • Location: Bank of America - 1114 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time; Days may vary, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. More details upon interview. 
  • Requirement: Previous barista and supervisory experience is preferred. Must have food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Job Summary

Summary:   Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
  • Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
