Job description

About CoAdvantage:

At CoAdvantage, we help growing businesses scale smarter by integrating payroll, benefits, compliance and HR into one strategic solution. While we’re rooted in the PEO model, we’re building something different — a modern, entrepreneurial Inside Sales Hub that empowers sales talent to move fast, think strategically and help shape how we grow.

This isn’t just another sales role — it’s a chance to help define the future of our go-to-market motion.

What You’ll Do:

As a PEO Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll own and grow a book of business by engaging existing clients and identifying high-impact upsell opportunities. This is a consultative, full-cycle role — part advisor, part closer, and fully client-centered.

  • Own pipeline and revenue targets for upsell opportunities within our PrimePay client base
  • Conduct discovery with business owners and C-suite leaders to uncover HR, compliance, and payroll needs
  • Build tailored PEO solutions with support from underwriting, implementation, and service teams
  • Navigate internal resources and quarterback the deal through close
  • Share real-time insights with leadership, product, and marketing to help shape our approach
  • Keep Salesforce clean and active — momentum matters
  • Work alongside a high-performance team that’s redefining inside sales in our space

Who You Are:

You’re a sales professional with a track record of consistent performance – someone who delivers. You’re motivated, driven, and excited to build something new. You bring strong instincts, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to get better every day. You care about doing great work — and you want that work to matter.

  • 2–5 years of sales experience (full-cycle preferred)
  • A history of exceeding goals, ranking at the top of your team
  • Tech, SaaS, or consultative selling backgrounds are a plus — but not required
  • Strong business acumen and quick to pick up complex solutions
  • Confident running virtual consults and influencing decision-makers
  • Open to coaching, eager for feedback, and always learning
  • Energized by goal-setting, clear KPIs, and team-based wins

Why This Team:

  • Hybrid role based in our Tampa office
  • Early team member status — help shape the future of the hub
  • Visibility and access to leadership
  • High-growth path — strong performers can step into leadership or move upstream
  • Culture of feedback, experimentation, and collaboration
  • We value what’s effective for employees and clients — even if it means breaking from tradition

We’re building a team that’s bold enough to challenge outdated playbooks — and smart enough to build something better.
