We are seeking a Chick-fil-A Director to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations within the respective sales channels. This could include either the Front of House or the Back of House. By creating a comprehensive business plan, you will set out to achieve growth and financial goals set by the Owner/Operator. Your success will be ensured by your investment in a dynamic team motivated to lead the daily operations. Your continual assessment of key performance indicators and processes will create a world class Chick-fil-A experience that is quick, accurate and never rushed, as well as a Remarkable customer experience for each and every guest!

The ideal candidate is a leader who delivers measurable results for themselves, their team, and the business. You'll balance strategy and hands-on work: develop your skills, coach and grow team members, and drive clear business outcomes. Responsibilities include setting objectives, running training and mentoring, defining career paths, and using data to improve processes and operations. Success is tracked with KPIs such as team engagement and retention, revenue growth, reduced bottlenecks, and improvements in employee performance. Candidates should have a practical growth mindset, strong people management skills, and experience using data to scale teams and improve business results.
