Responsibilities

Golden Steps ABA is hiring a Clinical Outreach Manager to lead local market growth by building high-value referral relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, and community partners. This is a field-based, growth-driving position designed for a hunter — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact role where accountability and outcomes matter. You must reside in Raleigh, NC.

Love the hunt? Ready to drive impact and grow something meaningful? This role is built for you.

If you’re looking for the rare opportunity to combine competitive, metrics-driven outreach with mission-focused impact, this is your role. Join us in building something that matters — one referral, one family, one child at a time.

Qualifications

Why This Role Matters:

As a Clinical Outreach Manager, you're not just maintaining a territory — you're building a pipeline. You'll own a critical stretch of the patient acquisition funnel and play a central role in driving referrals, growing markets, and expanding access to care. You'll be responsible for volume, visit activity, conversion support, and source development, all while helping children and families get the services they need.

This role is a perfect match for someone with healthcare sales DNA who wants to apply that drive and discipline to a mission-first organization. We’re scaling, and this is your opportunity to build something from the ground up — territory by territory, provider by provider.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, community groups, and diagnosing providers
  • Spend ~75% of your time in the field: visiting offices, delivering materials, following up in person
  • Own your outreach pipeline: map your market, plan visits, hit activity targets, and generate measurable referral volume
  • Collaborate with intake, clinical, and recruiting teams to align referrals with market capacity
  • Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, and report progress and insights to leadership
  • Host or support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events in your assigned territory
  • Contribute to a repeatable outreach model that supports multi-state expansion and market-level growth
