Digital Transformation Analyst II I
Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the entirety of the Project life cyc le as assigned. Inclusive of the responsibility to define and track scope, schedule, and KPIs.

  • Accountable for supporting the scope, schedule, and quality of project and maintenance work within their respective team/area.

  • Collaborates and consults with team lead, manager and/or director to coordinate activities.

  • Understands the operational issues aligned to their product line well enough to represent our patients and colleagues.

  • Analyzes workflow decisions and how they translate into application configurations to ensure system design reflects decisions.

  • Ability to leverage software to design workflows and journeys to support journey mapping and project deliverables.

  • Anticipates and provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities. Presents solution s to operational leaders within respective team/area .

  • Assists in the development and documentation of internal policies and procedures that will be used in conjunction with the product.

  • Actively participates in weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications and updates.

  • Builds effective relationships with HHC colleagues and vendors, through all the phases of projects to support completing project goals.

  • Supports all project team members with application and information systems knowledge.

  • Collaborates with vendor resources; plays an active role in managing the technical build, testing and migration of the system

  • Contributes to testing scripts and materials and performs unit, application and integrated testing tasks.

  • Documents and maintains all required system design and build documents and configures system accordingly.

  • Engages the clinical and business community to ensure their voices are heard, their needs are met , and they are kept informed of project progress.

  • Promotes a team atmosphere that is conducive to the overall accomplishment of goals, schedules, and deadlines.

  • Supports colleagues and patients as assigned, which at times may include night and weekend coverage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc ).

  • Travel to Epic's corporate office in Madison, Wisconsin may be required .

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • Epic Mobile and Web application experience preferred

  • 5+ years of Epic Application support, or other web-based applications

  • Current knowledge of HealthCare ITS standards and processes

  • Strong analytical and technical skill set

  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships

  • Open to dynamic personal and professional growth

  • Associates degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or HealthCare area is preferred.

Essential Experience :
Product Owner experience in one the following areas;
  • Epic MyChart

  • Direct Scheduling, Open Sched uling, eCheck -in, Patient-Entered Questionnaires

  • Welcome

  • Epic Hello World and/or SMS Vendor Management

  • Customer Relationship Management Software
