Job description

Job Summary:

Client Service Analyst is responsible for enhancing the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational support to the team. As a Client Service Analyst, you will interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. This individual will also perform administrative and operational duties to support our collaborative team in their daily business practices (e.g., client meetings, on-boarding new clients, marketing, etc.) and be the driver of firm initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., Online
  • Services, paperless options, etc.)
  • Collect appropriate documentation to set up new accounts and services
  • Leverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clients
  • Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation

Wealth Strategy

  • Gather and maintain financial profile data to support the team’s wealth strategy discussions

Investment Solutions

  • Open managed accounts, ensure documentation of advisory agreements, and review for billing completion and accuracy
  • Review accounts and alerts and process accordingly
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing and review reports

Practice Management

  • Maintain contact management systems with up-to-date key client information
  • Provide team with up-to-date calendaring and tasks
  • Understand risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

Talent Management

  • Proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills and credentials
  • Communicate development needs
  • Assist with on-boarding new members to the firm

Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of client service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong time-management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
