Who You'll Work With:
We are seeking a San Antonio based International Client Service Analyst to join our International Client Services in Global Technology & Operations. The International Client Service Team specializes in the support of international AB Sales, Product and the back offices of our retail, retirement, and insurance intermediaries. The members of this team will field inquiries from internal and external clients and work on tasks, projects and issues as needed. The team also supports trading and reporting for the National Securities Clearing Corporation and Canadian FundServ platforms.
What You'll Do:
The International Client Service Analyst is a key role, providing service and support to our external clients and internal clients such as the back offices of the AB international teams, intermediaries, and wholesalers covering our international funds. Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Liaison between Dealer back office, Dealer Sales reps, AB sales force, and ABIS Operations.
โ€ข Manage open items and provide specialized support to intermediaries as needed. Create and maintain daily trade confirmations to intermediaries as needed.
โ€ข Coordinate the processing of trades, corrections and other account activity as needed.
โ€ข Process NSCC & Canadian FundSERV rejects.
โ€ข Establish, maintain, and update Dealer Profiles.
โ€ข Develop and present information related to AB International initiatives and funds.
โ€ข Handle Dealer and AB sales force service inquiries and problem resolution.
โ€ข Monitor trends from intermediaries and other internal clients such as ABI sales force.
โ€ข Create procedure documentation as needed.
โ€ข Support monthly MAR reporting.
โ€ข Perform additional responsibilities as needed, based on department requirements
What We're Looking For:
The person in this diverse and fast-paced role will be exposed to a wide range of business products and activities within our firm. He or she will be encouraged to be entrepreneurial and will be given autonomy to manage and develop assigned client relationships.
โ€ข 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
โ€ข 2+ years mutual fund operations or related experience
โ€ข Experience in back-office operations is helpful but not required
โ€ข Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
โ€ข Professional, personable, and responsible in manner.
โ€ข Outstanding time management and organizational skills with proven ability to work independently and follow up to ensure tasks and other deliverables are completed
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Strong Attention to detail
โ€ข Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
