Job description

Three Cities Innovation is expanding its Temple, TX team and is seeking motivated, personable individuals to join us as Client Representatives. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and are interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, client relations, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development. Previous experience is not required. Three Cities Innovation provides structured training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support to help new team members develop strong communication skills, learn client products and services, and become confident representing our clients in professional customer-facing environments.


As a Client Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact between our clients and prospective customers throughout the Temple market. You will learn about customer needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs.


Client Representative Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
  • Connect with prospective and existing customers throughout the Temple area
  • Learn about customer needs, preferences, and service requirements
  • Present product, service, and promotional information clearly and accurately
  • Help customers compare available options and identify appropriate solutions
  • Assist with new customer acquisition and account enrollment
  • Support existing customers with account questions, service updates, and available upgrades
