THE GIG:

We're looking for a confident, outgoing individual ready to CHANGE LIVES by creating an unforgettable experience at our inclusive, stress-free dance classes! In this role, you'll be the face of DivaDance during classeschecking people in, capturing amazing social media content, making announcements, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and celebrated. You'll connect with clients to hear about their goals and experiences, sharing how DivaDance can help them feel more confident and connected. You'll introduce our membership plans and help clients find the best fit for their needs.

We're looking for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, loves making an impact, and is fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence. If you're persuasive, articulate, confident, and excited to help people feel amazing through dance, we'd love to have you join our team! No dance experience neededjust great energy and a passion for connecting with people! Customer service or sales experience is a plus, and we'll provide all the onboarding details you need to shine.

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:

We are looking for you to host our class in Mansfield at 7:30 PM every Monday and Thursday. DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our studio in Mansfield and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes! Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Compensation is $40 per week + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes!
