A day in the life.
As a Client Representative on the Business Insurance Surety team, you'll work directly with Producers, Client Executives, and clients to service and retain our existing & new book of business. You will handle both contract and commercial surety transactions, including marketing and placing new and renewal bonds, and processing cancellations, riders, endorsements, and reinstatements for existing accounts. You will manage daily service activities and urgent requests from multiple channels, monitor the bonds inbox, delegate and escalate as appropriate, and prioritize work to meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for billing new and renewal business, proactively following up on payments and resolving accounting issues for bonds as they arise, and you will support projects assigned by the Client Executive team as needed.

  • Property/casualty license or ability to attain is required

The applicable base salary range for this role is $41,200 to $76,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
