Job description

About Us
We are a family-operated real estate investment and home-buying company serving homeowners throughout the Bay Area. With more than 15 years of experience, our team has purchased and transacted numerous homes across Northern California.
Our mission is to provide homeowners with a direct, honest, and hassle-free way to sell their property. We work with sellers navigating life transitions such as probate, inherited homes, relocation, and distressed properties. By purchasing homes directly, we eliminate listing agents, repairs, open houses, and months of uncertainty.
Our team is known for delivering a concierge-level experience by assisting homeowners with moving coordination, hauling, donation coordination, estate sale referrals, and flexible closing timelines.
We operate with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right for the homeowners and communities we serve.

This is consultative, empathetic, and situation-based. The Client Relations Specialist speaks with homeowners, educates sellers, builds trust, sets appointments, and moves deals toward contracts. You will regularly work with homeowners navigating situations such as probate, inherited homes, distressed properties, or relocation.

  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building
Build trust with homeowners through consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine approach while explaining how we can help with their situation.
  • Lead Auditing & Reporting
Review call activity and lead details to ensure accurate data and identify next steps to improve performance.
  • Appointment Scheduling
