The Lead, Client Development & Deliverables is a senior strategic role responsible for driving client growth, elevating operational performance, and shaping an exceptional end to end client experience. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, this role leverages strong business acumen and data driven insight to influence client strategy, uncover new opportunities, and deliver innovative, value creating solutions.

You will lead key client relationships, oversee multichannel program execution, and partner cross functionally to ensure financially sound, high impact deliverables. The role also provides leadership across internal teamsโ€”coaching talent, guiding analytics driven problem solving, and enabling a unified โ€œOne TCโ€ service model. This is a high visibility position ideal for a relationship focused, strategic thinker with deep experience in account management, analytics, and business development. This position offers significant flexibility and independence in how you build relationships, manage your portfolio, and drive strategic initiatives.


When your expertise drives us:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in analytics, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in account management, retail analytics, business development, sales (preferably National) or a related discipline
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic client outcomes
  • Experience within media industry, geomarketing and/or print/flyer distribution are assets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
