Job Description
You will use your expertise in IT strategy combined with a consultative selling approach to build and maintain relationships with clients.
We are looking out for sales professionals in the staffing industry who have really good clientele in any one of the industry preferably from (Information Technology, Product Engineering, Banking & Finance, Telecom, Print & Design, Infrastructure, Cloud, IoT, Business Intelligence, Accounting, Administration, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, IT Networking, Digital Space, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Media and Hi-tech, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Public sector and Insurance domains) or could be from any industry to join our platform to provide staffing services along with our recruitment delivery team consists of dedicated account managers and recruiters.
  • You'll have the opportunity to identify and cultivate new prospects, to maintain the existing client pipeline
  • In close collaboration with leadership, you'll craft growth strategies and business development opportunities, both internally and externally.
  • You'll develop and present letters of proposal to clients. This also entails managing the deal closure which you'll do in partnership with relevant to CrowdMSP
  • You will be responsible for bringing job orders from your contacts/clients and deliver resources working with our team across united states.
  • You will work closely with the team to create a smoother flow of work from job order till delivery of the resources until closing of the job order.
  • Would be responsible for building, acquiring and maintaining strong relationships with the clients
  • Will be travelling for meeting existing, new and future prospects for sales and business development prospective of CrowdMSP.
  • You will provide CrowdMSP services to clients by fully understanding their client's business needs and providing them with the services and analytical insights that will help achieve their business goals and landing us with a job order.
  • Demonstrates sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensure we have the business going by nurturing, growing and expanding business relationship to open more doors for business

Note: The role could be based out of office or remote from anywhere within Central Region.
