Position Summary

PRC Resources is seeking a Client Development Manager to build relationships with prospective clients and generate new recruiting opportunities. This role is focused on networking, business development, and becoming a trusted resource within the industries we serve.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, attending industry events, and uncovering hiring challenges. Rather than a transactional sales approach, this position is centered on creating long-term partnerships and helping companies find the right talent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry involvement.
  • Identify hiring needs and introduce PRC Resources' recruiting and consulting services.
