Job Description Client Development Manager - Houston, TX OmniForce Solutions is hiring a Client Development Manager to own and grow an established book of enterprise clients across energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial markets. What this role is: This role owns an established book of business and grows it. You will be the primary relationship holder for a set of enterprise clients, keeping them retained, expanding their programs, and bringing in new accounts in adjacent sectors.

Account management is roughly 75% of the role. Business development makes up the rest. If you are motivated by client relationships, sector depth in industrial markets, and building something with a high-growth firm, this is the right seat.

What you will do: Own and grow an assigned portfolio of enterprise client accounts across energy, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Serve as the day-to-day contact for hiring managers and key stakeholders. Proactive communication, not reactive.

Run regular client check-ins, QBRs, and strategic conversations to deepen relationships and uncover expansion opportunities. Prospect and develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, referrals, and market presence with a focus on energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Partner with our recruiting team to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction on every open role.

Keep pipeline, activity, and account data current in our systems. Accuracy matters here. What we are looking for: 3+ years in account management, business development, or client-facing sales.

Staffing or industrial sector experience is a strong plus Relationship builder who follows through. Clients should hear from you before they need to call you Comfortable in the field. Client visits, site meetings, and in-person relationship building are part of this role Organized, self-directed, and accountable to metrics Bachelor's degree preferred.
