Job description

Maeva Aesthetics is a premier aesthetics clinic located in Austin, Texas. We believe that skincare and medical aesthetics should be a personalized journey rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Our mission is to deliver natural-looking results through a passionate team of experts who go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for all our clients.
As the Client Coordinator, you're the first person our patients see and the last person they talk to. You open the space, check patients in and out, handle payment, and keep the front of house calm and clean.
You'll have a printed checklist for opening, the day, and closing. When something comes up that isn't on it, you ask - you don't have to figure it out alone.
Your day
  • Open. Lights, blinds, porch. Check the front, lounge, bathroom, and rooms are clean. Stock ice packs and patient care bags. Scan Slack and Boulevard messages. Review the schedule and make sure consents are done.
  • Check in. Greet by name, mark them arrived, offer water, walk them to the lounge.
  • Check out. Ask how it went, take payment, hand out post-care bags.
  • Close. Last message check, shut down the computer and iPad, walk the rooms, close blinds.

Not in this role: anything clinical, stocking treatment rooms, or inventory.
Who does well here
  • Friendly. People are comfortable around you without you working at it.
  • Inviting. You notice when someone needs something and you do something about it.
  • Organized. You can work a checklist and finish it.
  • Follow directions. You do it The Maeva way, and you ask instead of guessing.
  • Reliable. When you say you'll be there, you're there.
  • Brand representative. How you show up sets the tone for every person who walks in.
What we need
  • Passionate about the Maeva mission and brand.
  • Comfortable handling payments and using an iPad and computer
  • Comfortable being on your feet, tidying, restocking
  • Front desk, hospitality, or service experience is a plus

Benefits
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-5pm
  • $20/hr
