  • Conduct demo-driven development cycles to validate AI solutions with stakeholders before full-scale deployment

  • Translate complex business requirements into functional AI workflows, integrations, and agents

  • Act as a technical liaison between business units and the central AI platform/product team

  • Provide solutions, implementation approach, and tech stack/tools leading towards deployed AI solutions and automation

  • Identify patterns across business unit engagements and feed learnings back to the AI product/platform team to accelerate product development

  • Support AI tool onboarding and provide hands-on guidance to business users during solution rollout

  • Monitor deployed AI solutions for performance, adoption, and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Represent the AI team in business unit planning sessions, steering committees, and project kick-offs

  • Provide strategic direction based on AI opportunity and platform insights

  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders (business users, executives)

  • Familiarity with the Philippine telco/enterprise landscape is an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts

  • Experience with agile/iterative development methodologie
