Job description

Job Summary:

The Power Platform Governance Administrator is responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and governance of the organization's low-code development environment, including Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related tools. This role ensures platform reliability, security, and compliance across both IT-led and citizen-developed solutions. The administrator will oversee capacity usage, enforce environment policies, and support sustainable platform growth across the institution. This includes providing oversight of Copilot Studio usage, managing Power Platform capacity, and engaging with citizen developers to promote best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and five years IT experience, with a minimum of two years' experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Copilot).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a healthcare setting

Experience teaching/training others

Work Days:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM rotating on call and as needed after hours support
