Job description

Citizen L32 CNC Machinist

Automation Personnel Services is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Citizen L32 CNC Machinist for a company located in Pelham, AL. The Citizen L32 Swiss-Type turning center CNC Machinist must be able to set up and program the machine (Citizen L32). The Machinist may also perform the following tasks: Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, materials, specifications, and machining parameters. Interprets geometric dimensions and holds tolerance for parts.
 
Pay Rate 
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
  40 hours per week with possible overtime  
  First shift 
 
Citizen L32 CNC Machinist-Duties and Responsibilities
*       Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, materials,    specifications, and machining parameters.
*       Interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances.
*       Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications, using square, mic, and measuring equipment.
*       Sets up and operates machines CNC Lathes and Mills.
*       Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
*       Performs additional duties as required.

Citizen L32 CNC Machinist Qualifications and Requirements
*       Preferably have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Swiss CNC machinist, with manual machinist a plus.
*       Able to read blueprints and program machine.
