Description:Client's Power Platform Program (Appetite) is scaling rapidly across the enterprise - and adoption is the engine that drives real business value. This Manager role exists to champion that adoption journey end-to-end.Reporting to the Platform Delivery Lead, you will own the full adoption lifecycle for Power Platform across the organization, with a specific regional remit for LATAM and ANJK. You are the bridge between the platform and its people - partnering with the Function & Learning (F&L) team, engaging stakeholders at every level, building scalable enablement programs, and measuring what matters. You are technically credible on Power Platform and deeply expert in driving people through change. This is not a general change management role. It is a specialized Power Platform Adoption Manager role - you will live and breathe adoption metrics, training pipelines, and the cultural shift required to embed digital tools into everyday work.
The Main Ingredients:
1. Adoption Strategy & ExecutionOwn and execute the Power Platform adoption roadmap across all business units and regions, with dedicated focus on LATAM and ANJK.Define adoption milestones, targets, and success criteria in partnership with the Platform Delivery Lead.Identify adoption barriers (technical, cultural, process) and design targeted interventions to overcome them.Champion a self-service and citizen developer culture that reduces dependency on IT.
2. Training & EnablementDesign, develop, and deliver a comprehensive Power Platform training curriculum for all user personas - citizen developers, power users, and business leads.Partner closely with the Function & Learning (F&L) team to integrate Power Platform enablement into enterprise learning pathways and LMS platforms.Build and manage a Training Academy model - including onboarding programs, skill-tiered learning paths, and certification tracks (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200).Develop self-service enablement assets: how-to guides, video walkthroughs, knowledge bases, and community playbooks.Facilitate hands-on workshops, hackathons, and enablement sprints to accelerate capability uplift.
3. Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary adoption point of contact for business stakeholders across functions and regions.Build and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan - mapping influence, communicating progress, and managing expectations.Present adoption performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and the Platform Delivery Lead on a regular cadence.Coordinate regional champions and community leads across globe and especially in LATAM and ANJK to embed adoption locally.Partner with IT, HR, Communications, and business functions to align adoption messaging and change narratives.
4. Adoption Metrics & ScorecardDefine and own the Power Platform Adoption Scorecard - covering usage depth, user growth, active maker counts, solution deployment rates, and business value realized.Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms (using Power BI or Power Platform native tools) to track and visualize adoption health in real time.Conduct regular adoption reviews with the Platform Delivery Lead, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities.Use data to prioritize enablement investment and measure ROI of training and engagement activities.Report regional adoption performance across globe and especially for LATAM and ANJK with tailored insights and action plans.
5. Community & Culture BuildingLaunch and grow a Power Platform Community of Practice (CoP) - driving peer learning, solution sharing, and maker recognition.Manage internal communication channels (Viva, Teams, newsletters) to keep the Power Platform community engaged and informed.Recognize and showcase citizen developer success stories to inspire broader adoption.
6. Platform Lead SupportAct as the adoption arm of the Platform Delivery Lead - translating platform capabilities into adoption narratives that resonate with end users and business leaders.Provide adoption-lens input to platform governance, feature rollouts, and policy decisions.Flag adoption risks early and collaborate with the Platform Lead on mitigation strategies.
Must Haves:Deep, hands on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and related tools.Proven experience in digital adoption and enablement, specifically enabling new tools for builders and end users.Ability to balance technical credibility and enablement/influence (approximately 40-50% technical, 50-60% enablement).Experience driving and improving adoption metrics and measuring platform usage growth. Background in technology enablement, learning, or platform adoption roles.Ability to clearly tell the adoption story and promote platform value across the organizationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working with enterprise scale platforms and user communities.
