As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
  • Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
  • Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response

Experience and Skills:
  • Property & Casualty license and 3+ years of commercial insurance service experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
  • Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
