Job description

Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing Services (ADCSNS)

In this position, you're part of the team that leads Arden Wood's primary activity-providing practical care in support of Christian Science healing. The ADCSN is aJournallisted Christian Science nurse with an active ministry that includes 6+ years of varied experience in a Christian Science care facility. This role requires strong skills in communicating, supervising, coaching and correcting, problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking. You will co-manage the staff with the DCSNS, work with scheduling and time-off requests, ensure patient care plans are up to date, support in patient rooms (if needed), and supervise at least once a week. Poise and grace are essential.


Requirements:


  • Is a member of The Mother Church and an active member of a branch church

  • Is Journal-listed with an active ministry that includes facility work

  • Is a strong team-builder and communicator, supervisor and problem-solver

  • Expresses grace, poise, dominion, and spiritual clarity

  • Effectively and comfortably manages multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be able to speak, write and read English clearly and easily in order to be readily understood
