Join Next Generation Child Care as a Child Care Manager in Omaha, NE, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children. We are looking for a passionate leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a nurturing environment for both children and staff. 32-40 Hours per week, Flexible work schedule. ย

Responsibilities:ย 
  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare center to ensure compliance with regulations and Step-up to Quality Step 5 Standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor established curriculum tailored to childrenโ€™s developmental needs.
  • Manage enrollment processes and maintain strong relationships with families.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Monitor budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for children and staff alike.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare management or leadership roles.
