Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and curriculum planning
• Supervise and train child care staff to maintain quality standards

• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and program updates
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure a safe and healthy facility
• Coordinate facility management and maintenance activities
