Education and Certifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field is preferred.
A BS degree counts for 4 years of the minimum work experience below.
The Master's degree equates to 6 years of the minimum work experience.
Or equivalent work experience. (Required)
  1. Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in administration, installation, configuration and integration of IBM Rational products (ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro, TestManager, Rose, XDE, Robot, RUP) and CA-Endevor.
  2. Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in change management using BMC's Footprints.
  3. Proven experience in systems management and administration of CA-Autosys.
  4. Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in software configuration management.
  5. Minimum of ten (10) years programming experience in COBOL, Telon, Eztrieve, IMS DB/DC, JCL, Perl, Visual Basic.
  6. Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in Windows Network Administration and IIS.
  7. Minimum of six (6) years' experience in report writing using Crystal Reports.

Primary Job Duties and Tasks:
The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:
      • Deployment of application code to acceptance and production environments in DST on-premise datacenter and AWS cloud for all DCF applications.
      • Update configuration of application code that is region specific and database passwords.
      • Installation, configuration, administration and user support of IBM Rational change management tools (ClearCase and ClearQuest) on servers and client workstations.
      • Creation and maintenance of source control repositories and policy enforcement triggers for ClearCase.
      • Baseline application code for each application after every production deployment and rebase lower environments to synchronize parallel development efforts.
      • Customization of ClearQuest schema according to DCF changes management standards and procedures.
      • Maintain and administer Rational server infrastructure (10 windows servers)
      • Integration and support of IBM Rational tools with various application development environments like Eclipse and Visual Studio.
      • Create new users in Rational tools and assist with setup.
      • Create and maintain acceptance and production code migration scripts for all web and client server projects (Java, .NET, .NET CORE, ETL, Business Objects, Database procs) using the IBM Rational toolset. Scripts are written in Visual Basic, PERL, PowerShell, ANT and MS-DOS.
      • Create API applications using .NET to integrate multiple products eg. An adapter to schedule and monitor Business Objects reports using CA-Autosys, An adapter to promote crystal reports from version control directly into Business Objects.
  • Write and maintain scripts to interface ClearQuest with DST ticketing system- Cherwell.
  • Develop reports from ClearQuest using SAP Crystal Reports for project management use.
  • Work with DST and MSP's to provision servers and processes during upgrades
  • On Call support for Rational products and CA-Endevor.
  • Upgrade Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest to new versions.
  • Upgrade of CA-Endevor to new versions
  • Upgrade of ASG-JCLPrep to new versions
  • Provide reports from Endevor and Rational tools when required by auditors
  • Maintain Endevor datasets to ensure that they are not full.
  • Maintain CA Endevor processors and test any changes.
  • Maintain CA Endevor ASSEMBLER exits.
  • Resolve any failures in Endevor Batch Cycles
  • Execute FIX, PRM, ACPT and PROD packages for FLORIDA deployments.
  • Responsible for transmitting AFCARS and NYTD files to the Federal Department of Health & Human Services.
  • Provide support to applications to speed deployment in times of disaster like hurricanes and pandemics.
  • Work with the web logic administration team and operation support teams for deployment and research for application issues.
  • Working with EIS projects teams on Microsoft Dynamics deployment processes and procedures
  • Working on pipeline and release processes using Azure DevOps.
