What You’ll Do

We are seeking a fast, empathetic, and detail-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the digital face of our company, interacting with customers in real-time via web chat, SMS, and messaging platforms. Your primary goal is to resolve customer inquiries, assist with order placement, and troubleshoot basic technical issues, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat. - Providing accurate information about our products and services. - Resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. - Collaborating with the team to improve customer support processes. - Maintaining a friendly and approachable tone in all customer interactions.
