This role is crucial in helping companies navigate the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring transactions are strategically structured and executed effectively. The M&A Accountant will prepare documentation, perform in-depth financial analysis, and advise on optimal deal structures to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities:
