Full-Time | Monday-Friday | In Person in Roxboro, NC

This is a full-time, fully on-site position based at our Administrative Office in Roxboro, North Carolina. This role is not remote or hybrid, and relocation assistance is not available. Applicants should already be within commuting distance of Roxboro or be able to relocate at their own expense before starting.

PCGH, Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our administrative team in Roxboro, North Carolina. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position plays an important role in maintaining the financial integrity of an organization that has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries for more than 50 years.

What You'll Do

As part of our Finance Department, you'll assist with a wide variety of accounting and financial operations, including:

  • Bank reconciliations and account balancing
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • General ledger maintenance and transaction processing
  • Payroll and tax-related support
  • Financial reporting and budget preparation
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal controls
  • Assisting with audits and special finance projects
  • Working closely with department leaders and outside business partners

The position offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities to contribute beyond routine accounting functions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Two or more years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally
  • Experience with nonprofit accounting, Medicaid billing, or managed care organizations is helpful but not required
