Position Summary
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Channel Specialist to help drive and grow our channel business, building on an existing foundation of partners and programs.
This is a sales role at its core, with success defined by your ability to generate pipeline, influence deals, and grow revenue through channel partners. We have a strong framework and partner base in place, and are looking for someone to build on that momentum, activate partners, and expand the business.
A key part of this role is sales enablement through storytelling-helping partners clearly understand and communicate the value of Menufy within their own lens. This includes positioning how Menufy supports their business, whether that's driving more payment volume, helping restaurant clients grow through direct orders, or improving overall customer experience.
You should be comfortable presenting, demoing the solution, selling value, and building strong relationships with channel partners to drive engagement and results.
You'll have the autonomy to test strategies, build relationships, and scale what works. Your success and compensation are directly tied to the business you generate.
What You'll Do
  • Own Channel Revenue: Drive pipeline and closed business through a portfolio of channel partners
  • Source New Partners: Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners to expand reach and drive incremental growth
  • Build & Activate Partners: Develop relationships and enable partners to identify and refer opportunities within their restaurant base
  • Generate Demand: Proactively create opportunities for online ordering and marketing solutions
  • Operate Independently: Manage your territory, partners, and strategy with a high level of autonomy
  • Be in the Field: Travel 30-50% to meet partners, attend events, and drive local engagement
  • Influence Deals: Work alongside partners and internal sales teams to move opportunities forward
  • Build & Scale Processes: Create repeatable partner motions and outreach strategies
  • Track & Optimize Performance: Use CRM and data to manage pipeline and refine your approach

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent pipeline generation and revenue contribution
  • Expansion of new and productive channel partnerships
  • Strong partner engagement and activation
  • Growth in online ordering and marketing adoption
  • Clear ownership of territory performance and results
  • Development of a scalable channel motion

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in sales, channel sales, business development, or partner acquisition
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate pipeline
  • Self-directed and results-driven, with a desire to make an impact
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and building from the ground up
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and opportunities

Preferred Experience
  • Restaurant, hospitality, POS, or ordering technology experience
  • Experience working with channel partners, ISOs, referral networks, or partner ecosystems
  • Background in digital marketing, payments, or SaaS sales
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) is a plus

Compensation & Structure
  • Base salary + variable compensation tied to performance
  • Incentives aligned to pipeline generated, partners onboarded, and revenue influenced/closed
  • Upside for individuals who successfully build and scale their channel

Additional Information
This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, either now or in the future. At this time, and in the foreseeable future, HungerRush is not able to support assistance with additional visa sponsorship, regarding this specific position.
