Location: Windsor, CT
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Monthly Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE: $130K)

Channel Sales Engineer Description
Our client, a global leader in industrial measurement instrumentation, is seeking a Channel Sales Engineer to lead and expand its U.S. channel partner network. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales role focused on driving revenue growth through distributors and resellers while also engaging directly with customers to support strategic opportunities and close business when needed. The ideal candidate is a technically minded, hunter-oriented sales professional with experience selling industrial instrumentation, test & measurement solutions, or adjacent technical products into manufacturing and quality-driven environments. This individual will work closely with channel partners to generate pipelines, conduct joint customer visits, and ensure partners are effectively positioned to promote our client's solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected global brand with over 70 years of innovation, serving critical applications across aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical devices, green energy, and industrial manufacturing.
Channel Sales Engineer Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth through distributor and reseller channel partners
• Build, develop, and activate channel partner relationships
• Conduct joint sales calls, customer visits, and product demonstrations
• Support direct customer engagement to advance and close opportunities
• Manage territory pipeline, forecasting, CRM activity, and sales reporting
• Identify new market opportunities and recruit channel partners as needed
• Support trade shows, partner events, and regional marketing initiatives
• Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback
Channel Sales Engineer Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial/capital equipment related technical markets required
