As our next Associate Channel Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing the marketing activities to increase brand visibility, awareness and product interest through our independent pro channel independent and contractor partners.
This role is responsible for implementing the product introduction components and merchandising strategy for independent pro channel and contractor customers in designated regions. You will work with identified accounts in your designated footprint to refine and grow their digital visibility, then activate local digital and traditional marketing and advertising campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and conversions to drive Trex business and market share growth across specified regions of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and foster our "people first" culture.
  • Partner with key account sales teams in designated regions of responsibility to identify annual marketing priorities to meet the brand's objectives and sales goals. Engage with region sales teams, contractor development teams and marketing teams to pivot plans when necessary
  • Execute 360 degree marketing plans tailored for designated regions, inclusive of digital and social activation, events, merchandising, promotional activities and product launches
  • Track results on programs and activation plans to ensure strong performance is being driven at each account
  • Prepare and maintain account specific marketing calendars, assets & promotional offerings
  • Present marketing plans, analytics, and campaign results to customers and sales teams in region quarterly
  • Customize virtual showroom solutions and digital dealer pages for local customers
  • Support trainings and Trex university tours to educate customers on channel marketing offerings
  • Implement established Trex marketing offerings locally, taking advantage of unique market situations

EXPERIENCE
We are looking for leaders with Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with at least four years' business experience with marketing fundamentals, and interest in continuing education in evolving marketing approaches.

SALARY
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
