Job Duties and Responsibilities This role drives the growth trajectory of Boost Mobile by leading high-impact OEM relationships and aligning partner products with core business objectives. You will solve complex alignment challenges between external hardware partners and internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless service launch. By leveraging market intelligence and strategic advisory, this position optimizes the partner ecosystem to ensure the organization maintains a winning position within a hyper-competitive wireless landscape. What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for multiple OEM partners, ensuring internal and external alignment with overarching growth goals and long-term business objectives
  • Orchestrate quarterly partner reviews to evaluate performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and execute corrective actions that drive partner accountability and operational excellence
  • Synthesize industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities that expand the partner ecosystem
  • Analyze market data and sales trends to optimize strategic initiatives, ensuring OEM product portfolios consistently exceed service sales targets
  • Direct cross-functional execution across sales operations, marketing, and product management to deliver integrated partner solutions to the market
  • Apply AI-driven analytics to monitor partner health and market shifts, automating the identification of growth levers and competitive threats within the OEM landscape

Minimum Requirements
