Job description

The Change Manager leads change initiatives to ensure organizational readiness and adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies. They collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to design and deliver impactful change management solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate continuously with OCM team on initiatives to ensure team alignment, input, and learning.

  • Develop and implement change management plans aligned with initiative goals.

  • Collaborate continuously with change teams to identify ongoing change impacts and assess readiness.

  • Create and deliver communication plans, training plan guidance, and resource planning.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and change champions in guiding teams through change.

  • Analyze and address resistance to change through targeted interventions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the change management process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related discipline.

  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives in complex organizational environments.

  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Abilities: Ability to lead change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive engagement in challenging environments.
