Job Description:
Power Generation Division has embarked on a data transformation. This program will transform the way corporate and field functions operate by integrating core systems, overlaying AI capabilities, and driving deeper insights into our work processes.
 
We are seeking an agile-minded change manager to join the Operational Excellence team and support the data transformation project.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute change management activities to distributed teams across the US and into Canada
  • Monitor change adoption via simple data analysis, survey administration, and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop branding collateral to appeal to key stakeholders and end-users
  • Author large-scale communications, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Identify and communicate potential barriers to adoption
  • Strategize and enhance foundational change management tools using automation and AI
 
Preferred qualifications:
  • Prosci practitioner certified (ADKAR)
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications or change management role
  • Prior project management experience
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools
  • Expert capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint
