Job description

VP Change & Solutions Americas
Member of the Internal Strategy and transformation team within an international investment bank
Responsibilities:
 
  • Support and advise Executive Management around the globe on high-level strategic projects
  • Projects range from pure design and development to more transformational involving multiple business lines and regions
  • Independently support project delivery, with greater focus on managing day-to-day project activities under the direction of a Director and client stakeholders (e.g. developing presentations and content, conducting stakeholder meetings)
  • Bring content expertise and drive resolution of complex issues
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Support proposals to acquire new projects
  • Manage and motivate a team of associates and analysts
     
    Requirements:
     
  • 5+ years work strategy/consulting experience within a top tier consultancy firm and/or financial services
  • Experience in Commercial/Retail Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Banking required
  • Develops well-structured frameworks to solve complex problems and provides guidance to efficiently complete projects
  • Defines, conducts and/or supervises the necessary research and analysis for a project module
  • Strong quantitative skills, Unerring ethical standards, and Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier school.  MBA preferred
