  • Du begleitest Projektleiter und Führungskräfte bei ihren strategischen Veränderungs-/Transformationsprozessen mit deiner Change Kompetenz: Von der Analyse über die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Change Architektur bis zur Umsetzung der Inhalte.
  • Du entwickelst und begleitest geeignete Formate und Interventionen, die den Wandel unterstützen: Von Workshop- und Dialogformaten über Teambildungsmaßnahmen bis zum Einsatz moderner Kommunikationsformate – du bespielst die gesamte Klaviatur.
  • Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für "Change" und übernimmst individuelle Beratungsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Business Partner und das auch auf Top Management- und Geschäftsführer-Ebene.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv das Themenfeld "Change" gemeinsam mit Deinen HR Kollegen und bringst Dich auch in benachbarte Themenfelder wie Personalentwicklung mit deinen Impulsen ein.
Das bringst du mit:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und eine ergänzende Ausbildung in Organisationsentwicklung /Change Management.
  • Du bist versiert im Design und der Begleitung von Veränderungsprojekten und bringst Erfahrung als Inhouse Change Manager aus anderen Unternehmen mit.
  • Du bist mutig und ausdauernd und traust dich, auch unbequeme Themen in geeigneter Form zu adressieren.
  • Du bist es gewohnt, zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren: Vom Blue Collar Worker bis zur Geschäftsleitung.
  • Du fühlst dich wohl vor Publikum, konzipierst und moderierst Workshops gerne selbst. Sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
  • Du arbeitest gern strategisch-konzeptionell und setzt die Maßnahmen auch operativ um. Deine guten PowerPoint Kenntnisse unterstützen dich bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen.
  • Du bist ein echter Netzwerker und Teamworker – verbindest Menschen und Ideen gleichermaßen.
