  • Develop clear, audience-specific communications and engagement activities that build awareness, understanding, and commitment.
  • Lead training needs analysis and learning strategy development, including role-based learning plans, curriculum design, delivery approaches, and adoption support.
  • Establish readiness and adoption measures, analyze feedback and performance data, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, focus groups, assessments, and client working sessions with confidence and credibility.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client resources to integrate OCM activities into the overall project plan.
  • Identify emerging people-related risks, issues, and resistance; develop practical mitigation strategies and communicate recommendations to client and project leadership.
  • Help clients navigate the human side of AI adoption, readiness, communication, and capability building, while incorporating AI-enabled methods into Terillium's own OCM delivery.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables and clearly communicate insights, recommendations, status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support OCM proposals, sales pursuits, scoping, estimates, thought leadership, and continued development of Terillium’s OCM practice and methodologies.
  • Contribute change management support to internal Terillium programs and initiatives, extending the practice's expertise beyond client engagements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior OCM team members when assigned to the engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to lead OCM delivery independently while working collaboratively within an integrated project team.
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation, consulting, relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to connect organizational strategy and project decisions to the practical impacts experienced by leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Demonstrated judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in complex or evolving project environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
