PATIENT INFORMATION
  • Average Daily Volume: 20 clinic patients/day; 2 EP lab days/week
FACILITY INFORMATION

  • Support Staff Available: APP support, Full clinic staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified in Electrophysiology
  • Licenses: Active MI License

  • Other Qualifications: Local provider within commutable distance; Availability for 3 weeks/month; COVID-19 vaccination; Must provide rates at name clear
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide daily onsite coverage in clinic and cath lab, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Perform electrophysiology procedures, including device implants and ablations
  • Manage outpatient clinic with approximately 20 patients per day
  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and full clinic support team
  • Complete documentation in Cerner EHR system
